1:28 p.m. Officer was dispatched to the UTPD in reference to a theft. The victim said that on Jan. 11 around 1:10 p.m., she was in the Humes Hall loading zone when she placed her purse next to her car. She thought she had loaded it on a cart with other items from the car but found it was missing when she got to her room. The purse was no longer beside her car when she returned.
