On 1/2/10 at about 0351

while on patrol I observed a subject walking (stumbling) in the 1900 block of San Jacinto Blvd. The subject had a strong odor of alcohol emanating from his breath and stated that he was looking for his car so that he could drive home. The subject was arrested for public intoxication and transported to Travis County Central Booking.
