An officer was dispatched to the ITT Indoor Track &Tennis facility to meet with the reporting person. The officer was led to the men's room where a partially burnt marijuana joint was sitting on one of the toilet paper dispensers. No odor of any type of burnt substance was present in the air. The joint was removed, packaged and taken to the Public Safety office and placed in a property locker.
