While officers were checking the Gill Hall parking lot, they observed an illegally-parked vehicle. When they approached the vehicle they found two students sitting outside the vehicle and put something on the ground after appearing to inhale it. One student provided officers with a glass pipe containing what is believed to be marijuana. The students will be referred to judicial affairs. Case Closed.
