Police spoke with two resident assistants who stated that while performing dorm inspections they found a glass pipe with marijuana residue in a bedroom. The student who lived there stated that the pipe was his and gave police consent to search his bedroom.

Police found one wood box with a marijuana bud in it, empty liquor bottle, one wood marijuana grinder, four boxes of rolling paper, one cigarette roller, one glass pipe, two plastic homemade bongs, one pill bottle with marijuana residue, one bag of pipe cleaners, one wood stick, one roll tubing for bongs, two baggies with marijuana residue, one homemade smoking pipe, one wood pipe, one box of matches and one metal box.

Police issued two citations in lieu of arrest and also sent the student to student affairs after seizing all items.
