I was dispatched to the San Jacinto Hall Building, Cypress Bend Cafe, for a report of a theft. The victim told me that she entered Cypress Bend Cafe at about 2:00pm to buy lunch and had her ITouch in her hand. She ate her lunch then left to her next class. At about 3:00pm she discovered her ITouch missing. She returned to the Cypress Bend Cafe and checked the area where she was sitting and asked the staff about her ITouch with negative results.

She believes she left her ITouch unattended at the window table and it was stolen upon her return. She also stated that she may have accidentally thrown it away in the trash can but could not locate it.
