Officer Anicet and Sergeant Larry were dispatched to investigate a loud party on the roof. Upon arrival officers met two female parties on the roof of the building. When asked what they were doing on the roof, both parties were nervous and were unable to answer. Officers observed a marijuana cigarette lying on a concrete wall close to the two parties belongings. When asked if the cigarette belong to them, they refused to answer. The marijuana cigarette was in plain view within their reach. Both parties will be summonsed in Roxbury Court for possession of class D
