I responded to a suspicious activity call. The reporting party advised that he saw a white male, who appeared intoxicated, attempting to get into a vehicle that was not his after urinating in public.

The subject then got into his vehicle turned on the vehicle and fell asleep in the driver's seat with the vehicle running. It was determined that the driver was intoxicated to the point he could not safely operate a motor vehicle.

The driver was arrested for driving while intoxicated. It was also determined that the driver had three active warrants out of Travis County.
