On Saturday February 20, 2010, at about 5:09 am, I responded to Jester East Dorm (JES), 203 East 21st Street, in reference to Criminal Mischief. A UT staff member discovered that some unknown subject(s) have been turning the control valve on the water pipe for the fire control system.

This activity causes a TROUBLE ALARM causing substantial expense and inconvenience for the University, Fire Safety Systems and the Division of Housing and Food Services.
