Police spoke with a victim who advised that a person who claimed his name was John had been texting her for the past week.Some texts read, "what r u doing today," "what do your toes look like," and "do you have pretty feet."

Police received the phone number and attempted to contact the John suspect.The person who answered advised that his name was not John and his phone was stolen about a week ago.

He also advised police that he just called the phone company to have his phone cut off yesterday.

The victim was told of this and she said she did not wish to prosecute.
