Police spoke with five students who said they had not had any alcoholic beverages to drink that evening. They did not deny having drank alcohol in the apartment in the past.

Police observed around 40 beer cans and several half- empty liquor bottles on the counter, coffee table, behind the couch and in the refrigerator.

It did not appear that the parties had drank any alcohol that evening so all parties were cited to student affairs in lieu of physical arrest.

The resident assistant also confiscated several posters and LED signs containing alcoholic images.
