Police knocked twice without receiving a response. A resident assistant was on scene and opened the door and police advised all parties in the apartment to come out and into the living room. Five parties came out of the four bedrooms.

Police noticed a silver grinder with some marijuana sitting beside the couch. Out of all the rooms police confiscated water bongs, a marijuana vaporizer, a glass marijuana pipe with residue and marijuana, bags of marijuana, a bag of mushrooms, a black folder with a list of names, prices and $100 of cash, $700 in twenty dollar bills, glass pipes and a digital scale. Police placed all parties under arrest and transported them to the county jail.
