Officers Brandon Stone and Antoine Ramos were dispatched for a report of a party receiving annoying phone calls. Upon arrival officers spoke with victim who stated that he had received two annoying and obscene phone calls from two different people and two different phone numbers. The victim stated that at 8:31 PM he received a call from a male party who knew him by name and made a derogatory sexual reference to him. The victim then stated that he received another phone call at 11:11 PM and a different caller made the same derogatory sexual reference as the first caller. The victim stated that no threats were made, but he felt uncomfortable because both callers knew him.
