Officers responded to a call of suspicious person in library attempting to obtain a log-in account illegally, to access the computers there. Officers contacted the suspect, who became verbally abusive, combative, and refused to cooperate with officers' investigation.

She was subsequently arrested and transported to Ventura County Main Jail, where she was eventually booked after being uncooperative with deputies there as well.
